All prices are subject to change without notice.

CREDIT

Credit is available with Pro Growers, Inc. with acceptance of a credit application.

At least four trade references are needed. 
Allow four weeks for processing. 
Open accounts are net 30 days.
Past due accounts are subject to an assessment of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). 
No orders can be booked until all previous accounts are paid in full.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Pro Growers, Inc. guarantees all stock to be in good, healthy condition when delivered. After material has been delivered and accepted by employee or client, we cannot be held responsible for improper handling, planting, watering or exceptional weather. Any claim as to condition of material must be made at time of delivery and will not be honored after 48 hours following delivery. The above guarantee covers only the purchase price of plant material and goods at the time of purchase. Nursery Stock rejected after delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and shipping charges.

We reserve the right to reject all or any part of an order and will refund any prepayments accordingly. 

NON WARRANTY

Pro Growers, Inc. gives no warranty as to the variety or productivity of any stock sold. Seller assumes no liability for delay or failure to deliver caused by inclement weather, labor disputes, floods, fire, terrorist, traffic delays or any other contingencies beyond seller's control.

HOLD ORDERS

Pro Growers, Inc. will hold orders for delivery up to 10 days. Orders to be held longer will require a deposit or pre-payment according to the agreement made at the time of sale.
